Application has been made on the 22nd November 2018 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol (off sales only) each day between the hours of 00.01 and 00.00. Such alcohol shall only be made available for consumption in any vehicle owned and operated as part of the chauffeur service so operated. 2. The premises is not to be open to the public, orders will be made by phone for the same hours as shown above for the supply of alcohol. 3. The supply of late night refreshments each day between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of application shown above (ie by the 20th of December 2018) It is an offence to knowlingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
