Notice is hereby given that on 14 November 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by James Sim, 27 Braemar Court, Hazelden, Muirend, Glasgow, G44 3HF, craving the court inter alia that W&H Nelson Limited (Company Number SCO17897) having their registered office latterly at Scott House, 12/16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow, G1 1HJ, to order the name of the Company to be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1030(1) of the Companies Act 2006; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 14 November 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service, of all of which notice is hereby given.
