APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that I, Spring Gelato Ltd have applied on 14th November 2018 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for 42 The Mall, Mill Gate Shopping Centre, Bury, Greater Manchester BL9 OQQ to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm and Public Holidays 9am to 6pm. and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include:- Playing of recorded sound Monday to Sunday 10am to 4pm and Public Holidays 10am to 4pm. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 9.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, Knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
