Notice under Articles 13 and 36 of the Town and Country Planning Act
Proposed Development at: Land West of The Bridgewater Arms at Winston, Nr Gainford, Staindrop, Teesdale, DL2 3RN. I give notice that Messrs. Hendriksen and Forrest having applied to Durham County Council to develop 16 dwellinghouses (C3 use) plus infrastructure and landscaping is appealing to the Secretary of State against the decision of the council. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this appeal, should write to The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN by the 13th December 2018
