Anne Bernard applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 03/07/15 for a licence to use the premises at 158 Westgate, Bradford, BD1 2RN for extention of opening hours/sale of alcohol Mon-Sun 24 hours per day. Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 31/07/15. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 03/07/15.
