"MILESTONE DEVELOPMENTS PROPOSED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, TUNNOCH FARM, MAYBOLE"

Following submission of a Proposal of Application Notice to South Ayrshire Council, Milestone Developments give notice under Section 11 of The Planning Etc (Scotland) Act 2006 of their intention to hold a public consultation event for the following development:

Description of Development: Proposed residential development and associated engineering and landscaping works (Full Planning Permission)

Location: Land off the B7023 to the west of Tunnoch Farm, Maybole.

The event which will take the form of an exhibition will be held in Maybole Town Hall, High Street, Maybole KA19 7BZ on Tuesday 4th December (5.00pm - 8.00pm)

The exhibition is part of the pre-application consultation process. No application has been submitted at this time. Further information, including the Proposal of Application Notice which includes a location plan, can be viewed on South Ayrshire Council's website at www.south-ayrshire.gov.uk.

Members of the public wishing to comment on the proposed development are invited to do so in person at the exhibition or in writing to the agent LMA Architects, 6 New Road, Ayr KA8 8EX or by email to studio@l-m-a.co.uk no later than Friday 11th January 2019. All comments should be directed to the agent acting on behalf of the prospective applicant, not South Ayrshire Council. Comments made to the agent are not representations to the planning authority and when the prospective applicant submits a formal planning application there will be an opportunity to make representation on that application to the planning authority."
