I Henry Parrish hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Bavarian Village, Unit 4, Town Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1BA. The proposed activity is: Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday - Sunday 10.00 - 20.00 Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing with 28 days of the date below. Representations should be sent to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon Essex. SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office at the address given above, by appointment between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 of the standard scale (currently £5,000) Dated 30/10/2018
