EPSOM AND EWELL BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Epsom and Ewell Borough Council In exercise of its powers under Sections 32 33 35 and 38 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Schedule 9 to that Act, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and Regulation 7 of the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers propose to make the above Order

The effect of the above Order is set out below:

The proposed Order and other related documents may be inspected at the Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, KT18 5BY, between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. All objections or other representations relating to the proposed Order must be sent in writing to the undersigned by 4pm on Thursday 6th December 2018. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.

The effect of the Order will be as follows:

1. To revoke the Council's current Off Street Parking Places Order



2. To add Alexandra Recreation Ground Car Park and Gibraltar



Recreation Ground car parks to the Order, this will include the introduction of a maximum stay restriction of 4 hours, no return within 1 hour, applicable Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
