Notice of the application for a Premises Licence (Section 17 of the Act)
Topcat Brewery Ltd trading as Beat Brewery, Unit 9, Old Forge Estate, Dudley Road, Lye, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY9 8EL
Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises.

We intend to apply for:
1. Sale of Alcohol on any day; 10.00am - 22.00pm
2. Play recorded music indoors on any day; 10.00am - 22.00pm

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party and must be made in writing between:

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
