Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the: C1093 From Weobley High Street To Gad Bridge, Weobley, Temporary Road Closure Order 2018, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles from the junction with the U93230 Apple Meadow to the junction with the U93218 Weobley Marsh. Grid Ref: 340586/251629. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the

C1095 Hereford road onto the C1094 Weobley to

Ledgemoor Road onto the U93218 Weobley Marsh and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the installation of new water service connections and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 3rd of December 2018 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
