Notice is given that Loubees Tearoom, Hanging Gardens Nursery, Ongar Road, Writtle, CM1 3NT has applied to the Chelmsford City Council for a new premises licence in respect of the retail sale of alcohol between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:30-16:00 Sunday. Anyone wishing to make a representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Essex, CM1 1JE, or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk. Any representation must be made by the 29th November 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
