LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
1/we Mr Mansour Gholami of Pizza Go Go of 71 High Road, Pitsea, SS13 3BB have applied to Basildon Borough Council ( The Licensing Authority ) for a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises in order to extend the hours when hot food may be sold from these premises between the hours of 23.00 and 01.00 (11pm to 1am) as follows: Mon - Thurs 23.00 - 00.00, Fri & Sat 23.00 - 01.00, Sun 23.00 - 00.00, Bank Holidays 23.00 - 0.00. Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing within 28 days of this Notice to The Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). Representations should be sent to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon Essex. SS14 1DL. A record of the application this application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above by appointment between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 of the standard scale (currently £5,000)
