/We Kirit Kumar Baberbhai Patell hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Pitsea Express, 104 Rectory Road, Pitsea, Essex. SS13 2AH. The proposed licensable activity is: Sale of Alcohol Mon - Sat 07:00 - 23:00, Sun 07:00 - 22:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
