Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Big Jug Claypath Durham DH1 1RG. The variation proposed is as follows:-Application is made to amend

the licensing plan in accordance with drawing

number 04 dated Sept 2018

which accompanies this

application. Application is also

made to amend the opening hours to 8am daily to enable the provision ofnon-licensable

activities e.g.tea/coffee/break-

fast. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices

of Durham County Council, Environment, Health & Consumer Protection, PO Box 617 Durham DH1 9HZ

www.durham.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Durham County Council on

31/10/2018 and any represen-

tations must be made in writing to Durham County Council at the above address by 28/ /20 8.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or

application.Those who make a

false statement may be liable

on summary conviction to a

fine of any amount.
