An application for a New Premises License has been made by P and K Hospitality for the premises known as The Grill at No 1 situated at 1 Market Place, Atherton, Manchester, M46 0EG The application seeks to supply and onsite consumption of alcohol Mon-Sat 11:00 - 00:30 and Sun 11:00 - 22:30. Non standard timings: Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve 11:00 - 01:30. The provision of live and recorded music; Mon-Sat 12:00-01:00 and Sun 12:00-23:00. Non standard timings: Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve 12:00 - 01:00. Hours open to the public; Mon-Sat 07:00 - 01:00, Sun 09:00-23:00. Non standard timings: Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve 07:00 - 02:00. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
