Revocation of Planning Permission Order No. PR-01-18

TAKE NOTICE that on 02 November 2018 East Lothian Council incorporated under the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, as Planning Authority made an order under Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 to: modify planning permission 17/00277/P which granted permission for 'Renewal of planning permission 13/00003/P - Erection of 2 houses, garages and associated works' at Kings Cairn (site 10), Archerfield, Dirleton, East Lothian). Permission 17/00277/P is modified to the extent that permission is no longer given for 1 house on plot 49, as described on the drawings docketed to the permission, and planning permission will remain extant for 1 house only on the application site, on plot 48, as described on the drawings docketed to the permission.

The Council has been notified in writing by the owner(s), lessee(s), and occupier(s) of the land and all other persons who in the authority's opinion will be affected by the order that they do not object to the making of the order.

Any person affected by the order who may wish an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by a person appointed by Scottish Ministers notice should give notice to that effect to Scottish Ministers, Area 2-H (South), Planning & Architecture Division, The Scottish Government, Victoria Quay, EDINBURGH, EH6 6QQ or planning.decisions@gov.scot no later than 28 days from the date of this advert.

If no such notice is given by that date to the Scottish Ministers, the Orderwill take effect after 14 days from that date, being 42 days from the date of the advert, by virtue of Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act.
