Licensing Act 2003 - Public Notice

Application for the grant of a premises licence

Mrs Donna Millimono has applied to Wychavon District Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of The Kings Arms, Bidford Road, Cleeve Prior, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 8LQ.

This application seeks to authorise the following licensable activities - Regulated Entertainment (to include films, indoor sporting events, live music and recorded music), Late Night Refreshment and the Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. The proposed hours for carrying on the licensable activities are 10:00hrs till 23.00 Sunday to Thursday, 10:00hrs till 00:00 (midnight) Friday and Saturday. Hours to be extended to 01:00hrs on New Years day and 00:00hrs (midnight) on Bank Holiday Sundays.

Representations must be made no later than 14th November 2018.
