Beaucroft Beverages Ltd has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Middleton, 14 Beaucroft Road Wimborne, BH21 2QW and propose to carry on the following activities:-Sale of Alcohol Off Sales of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 09.00 to 17.00 (internet sales only 00:00 to 24:00)
Applications are available for public inspection at East Dorset District Council Offices, Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne BH21 1AG or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities as defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 1st November 2018 and the 28th November 2018
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
