NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Mrs Jane Robineau has applied in respect of Robineau Patisserie, 27 West Auckland Road, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL3 9EL for the variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to extend the sale of alcohol to 09.00 – 23.00 and also to include late night refreshment from 23.00 – 00.00 with an extension of 01.00 on New Year’s Eve. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 5/12/18 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10.00 and 16.00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection to this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000
