(“THE SCHEME”) NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Trustees hereby gives notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person not currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who has not received a letter from the Trustee dated 24 June 2015 should write to: Daniel Hanks Equiniti Paymaster Scotia House Castle Business Park Stirling FK9 4TZ giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme and enclosing a copy of any documentation that supports their claim. This should include their date of birth and national insurance number. Any claim must be registered within two months of the date of this publication. The contact details for the trustees are: Vince O’Brien Drayton Hall Church Road West Drayton Middlesex UB7 7PS No person making a claim after two months of the date of this publication who is not presently known by the Trustee to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
