Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Ltd. Address of Premises: Co-op Late Shop, 184 Walmersley Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 6LL. The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence, number PL0101. The purpose of the application is to vary the hours when licensable activities may take place from Monday-Saturday 08:00-23:00 and Sundays 10:00-22:30, to Monday-Sunday 07:00-23:00. The licensable activity is the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Further, the application is to remove any conflicting or embedded restrictions, in particular the embedded restrictions from the Licensing Act 1964. Conditions will apply. In all other respects the licence remains the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by Friday 30th November 2018. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during opening hours but by appointment only.
