Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that Yarnton Nurseries LLP has applied in respect of the Yarnton Home & Garden, Sandy Lane, Yarnton, Kidlington, OX5 1PA for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: T3e sal of alcohol (on and off sales) every day from I0:00h until I8:00h.

To also permit films (indoors

and outdoors) every day

from 08:00h until I8:o0h. For the above, to extend on every Thursday in December until 22:00h, to cater for late night Christmas shopping hours. To permit up to 6

film events, along with the

sale of alcohol, between Ist

June and 31st August until 23:00h. Representations to this

application must be made in writing, by the end of 30th

November 2018, to the

Cherwell District Council

Licensing Authority at Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OX 15 4AA where the register

of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.
