APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificate)

Regulations 2005, paragraph 25 We Savers Health and Beauty Limited hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect ol Savers, 55 High Street Rayleigh Essex SS6 7EW. The proposed licensable activity is: for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday - Saturday 08.30 -18.00 (14th November -24th December until 20.00) and Sunday 10.00-17.00. The Licensing Register maybe inspected at the Licensing Authority, Rochford District Council, 3-19 South Street Rochford Essex SS41BW between 9.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays) or on the Authority's website at www.rochford.gov.uk. Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by: 23rd November 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale. isem
