Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that all creditors or others having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Anthony Paul Prior of 16 The Lanes, New Milton, Hants, BH25 5DG who died on 29th January 2017 and whose will was proved in The District Probate Registry at Winchester on 16 August 2018 are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the executor undersigned on or before 04 December 2018 after which date executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
