LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence
We, HOPPILY LIMITED, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 1219 London Road, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, SS9 3JB The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are the sale of alcohol of consumption on and off the premises. The hours for supply of alcohol will be 00:00 to 24:00 Monday to Sunday (to cover online sales); the permitted hours that the premises will be open to the public Monday to Saturday 12:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 13:00 to 20:00 Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 20th November 2018 Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
