NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OFA PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Kew Green Hotels (Haydock) Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises licence In respect of premises known as the Holiday Inn Haydock Lodge Lane, Newton - Le - Willows, WAI2 0JG.The variation pro­posed is as follows:-Application is made to: - permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 9am and 2am daily; add films and plays as regulated entertain­ment; permit all regulated enter­tainment until 02:00 on a Sunday; permit late night refreshment until 02:30 on a Sunday; remove the non-stan­dard timings for Good Friday and Christmas Day; remove the old PEL conditions and s 68/spe-cial hours certificate restrictions that are no longer appropriate or necessary. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of St Helens Metropolitan Council, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WAI0 IHF www.sthelens.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with St Helens Metropolitan Council on 29/10/2018 and any repre­sentations must be made in writing to St Helens Metropolitan Council at the above address by 26111 /2018. \t is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
