NOTICE is hereby given that on 19 October 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Heineken UK Limited, 3-4 Broadway Park South Gyle Broadway Edinburgh EH12 9JZ for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up STOCKBRIDGE INDIAN LTD (COMPANY NUMBER SC211848) having their registered office at 4-8 Lochrin Buildings Edinburgh United Kingdom EH3 9NB and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 22 October 2018 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; Ordains the said STOCKBRIDGE INDIAN LTD, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street Edinburgh EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications, all of which notice is hereby given.
