PUBLIC NOTICE ALEXANDRA PALACE - FIREWORKS DISPLAY 2018 TMO 16A53
1. The Council of the London Borough of Haringey hereby gives notice that to allow for a Fireworks display it intends to make an Order under Section 16(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1984.

2. Between the hours of 23.59 on 1st November 2018 and 07.00 on 4th November 2018 the general effect of the Order would be to:

a) close to vehicles, except those displaying a valid permit, the roads listed in Schedule 1;

b) introduce waiting and loading restrictions on the roads or lengths of roads listed in Schedule 2;

c) close to vehicles the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 3;

d) prohibit vehicular traffic from turning right into Alexandra Palace Way from Priory Road, turning left into Alexandra Palace Way from Muswell Hill, from access to Alexandra Park Road from Bedford Rd N22, turning right into Station Road, N22 from Park Avenue, N22, from entering the north-western arm of Station Road from Park Avenue, and from entering Buckingham Road from Palace Gates Road.

3. The prohibitions specified in Article 2 above, shall only apply during such times and to such extent as may be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and when directed by a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.
