LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon pic has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for Swan Inn, 41-43 St Thomas Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8EH. The proposed variation is to vary the lay­out of the premises in accordance with the plans supplied by the appli­cant such variation to have effect upon completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing.
