Licensing Act 2003. Notice of application for Variation of Premises Licence.
Amber Taverns Ltd is applying for variation of the Premises Licence in force for the Coach and Horses, 1-3 Middle Street, Consett DH8 7SA. Namely to extend the commencement hour for the sale and consumption of alcohol and regulated entertainment from 09:00 each day and to reduce the terminal hour for the same on Fridays and Saturday to 01:00.
