Notice is hereby given that, we, Lid UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to New Forest District Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, New Road Hythe S045 6EB for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:0023:00 Monday to Sunday. Any persons having observations on the application should submit Ihem in writing no later than 15.11.2018 to: le Licensing Manager, New Forest District Council, Appletree Court Beaulieu Road Lyndhurst S043 7PA, or email licensing @ nfdc.gov.uk. This application can be viewed at the above address during normal office hours. It an offence under Section 153 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
