BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (MARKET STREET, BRACKNELL) (LIMITED WAITING) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004. Effects of the Order: The effects of the Order are:-
1. To revoke existing restrictions as detailed in Schedules 1 and 2.

2. To introduce the new restrictions as detailed in Schedule 3. Orders to be revoked:

The restrictions on the sections of road as referred to in Schedule 1 will be revoked from the following Order:
i) Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Control of On-street Parking) (No. 1) Order 2017.

The restrictions on the sections of road as referred to in Schedule 2 will be revoked from the following Order:
ii) Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Station Road and Market Street) (Prohibition of Waiting and Stopping) Order 2015.

Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made,

November 2018.
