Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by BCSI LTD for the grant of a Premises Licence at Stanton Micro Village Pub, Trenchard Road, Stanton Fitzwarren that allows:

Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption

on the premises

Mon to Sat 11am - 11pm,

Sun 11am - 10:30pm

Opening hours

Mon to Sat 8:30am - 11pm,

Sun 8:30am - 10:30pm

The application for the Grant of a Premises Licence can be viewed at the Offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH (licensing@swindon.gov.uk) between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Other persons (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or Responsible Authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations addressed for the attention of the Licensing Manager, at any time between 16 October 2018 and 12 November 2018. All representations must be made in writing [including email or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
