Application has been made on the 18th October 2018 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows.- 1) The supply of alcohol (off sales) Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 until 17:00 hours, Sunday 11:00 until 16:00 hours. 2) The premises to be open to the public Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 until 17:00 hours, Sunday 11:00 until 16:00 hours . A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 15th of November 2018). lt is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
