We Origin Coffee give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Certificate in respect of Jubilee Warehouse, Commercial Road, Pen ryn, Cornwall, TR108AE
The application is to: sale of alcohol in cafe" between the hours of 11.00 to 22.00, Monday to Friday; 11.00 to 23.00 Saturday, 11.00 to 16.00 Sunday.

statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine
on summary conviction being £5000.
