Notice of application to Halton Borough Council for die grant of a Premises Licence by Greenworld (NW) Ltd for Harefield Gift & Plant Centre, Warrington Rd, Rainhill L35 6PG to allow die Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Off sales, 0900-1800hrs daily, plus to 2000hrs I Nov-1 Jan incl.) The application may be inspected during office hours at Licensing Section, Legal Services, Halton Borough Council, Municipal Building, Kingsway, Widnes WA8 703 where written representations must be received by the Licensing Authority (above) on or before 5 November 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
