THE MARRIAGES AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS (APPROVED PREMISES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2011 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF PREMISES

Premises Fairways Lodge, George Street, Prestwich, M25 9WS.

Fairways Lodge Limited have applied to Bury Council, for the Approval of the above premises for the solemnisation of Marriages in pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 ("The Act").

The Application, together with a copy of the plan of the premises, which accompanied it, may be inspected at Licensing, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 OEJ between the hours of 9.45am and 4.00pm.

Any persons having observations on this Application should submit them in writing to the Licensing Office, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 OEJ, within 21 days of the publication of this Notice.
