Notice is hereby given that on 20 September 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie by J S Electrical and Data Limited (company number SC585694), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 22 Backbrae Street, Kilsyth, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, United Kingdom G65 0NH (“the Company”), craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator and Provisional Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by Interlocutor dated 20 September 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Court at Airdrie, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given, and meantime, appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU to be provisional liquidator of the Company and authorised her to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended).
