Notice is hereby given that Dutch Matrix Ltd have applied on 11/10/18 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence to include the FIRST FLOOR of Grape to Grain, 43 Bridge Street, Ramsbottom, BL0 9AD to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: 12:00 - 00:00 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: playing of recorded sound between the following hours: 12:00 - 00:30. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
