Prohibition of Driving Order 2018.
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly
County Borough Council in exercise of its
powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 (as amended) has made an Order, the
effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles
along the following section of path:
That section of Mill Street, Risca at the
junction to Springfield Road.
The proposed Order is expected to commence
on 29th October 2018 for a period not
exceeding eighteen months or until the works
have been completed. The works are expected
to be completed by the 5th November 2018.
An alternative route is available via Mill
Terrace, Channel View, Herbert Avenue and
B4591 Newport Road.
The reason for making the Order is to allow
for the excavation of the road for replacement
of manhole over existing sewer pipe and
install pipe to new development.
The Order is required by Morganstone Limited.

Y rhan honno o Stryd-y-felin, Rhisga ar y
gyffordd i Heol-maes-y-ffynon.
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn
ar 29ain Hydref 2018 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na
deunaw mis neu nes bod y gweithfeydd wedi
eu cwblhau. Disgwylir i’r gweithfeydd gael eu
cwblhau erbyn 5ed Tachwedd 2018.
