NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
North Yorkshire Moors Railway Enterprises Plc Pickering Station, Park Street, Pickering, YO18 7AJ Application has been made on the 15th October 2018 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:30 and 21:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 12th of November 2018). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
