NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Clayton Road, Bradford, BD7 2RQ. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol

for consumption off the

premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. Full details of the Application

District Council, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings Bradford, BD1 1HX (www.bradford.gov.uk).Written

representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including

9 November 2018.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence

Application. The maximum

fine on summary conviction is

£5,000.
