Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it proposed will be carried out, on orfrom the Premises: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises; Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises; Provision of regulated entertainment.

The licensing Register may be inspected at The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Health and Protection, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 17th August 2015

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
