LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Watford Licensing Authority far the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald's, Asda Watford Supercentre, Odhams Industrial Estate, St Albans Road,Watford,WD24 7RT for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 0500 Mondays to Sunday. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday toThursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.45 pm on Fridays, except bank holidays. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensrig Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
