Application to Vary a Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that Abingdon Lodge Hotel Limited give notice that they have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for the variation of Premises Licence in respect of Oxford Abingdon Hotel, Marcham Road, Abingdon, OX14 1TZ. The variation:- Permit Live / Recorded Music to additional function rooms on Mon to Sat from 09.00 until 01.00, Sun from 09.00 until 00.30, performance of dance / similar entertainment on Mon - Sun from 09.00 to 00.00, late night refreshment on Mon to Sun from 23.00 until

00.00, the sale by retail

of alcohol on and off the premises on Mon to Sat

from 11.00 until 01.00, Sun from 11.00 until

00.30 to new function rooms and 24/7 to the new bedroom block. Furthermore Licence the new outside terrace area on Mon - Sun from 12.00

until 23.00 for the sale by

retail of alcohol.

Anyone wishing to object to the variation should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 30th October. A copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and

4.00 p.m.

Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
