NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Malvern Hills Trust (the working name of Malvern Hills Conservators) will be convened at 7:00 pm on Thursday 8th November 2018 at The Council Chamber, Avenue Road, Malvern for the purpose of examining and settling its Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2018 and appointing Auditors for the year ending 31st March 2019, at which all creditors, council taxpayers and other interested persons may be present.

The statement of accounts to be presented at the meeting will be available for inspection by any creditor or council taxpayer, or their representative, at Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern on or after the 18th October 2018 Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9am and 1pm and 2pm and 4pm.

A copy of the statement of accounts can be obtained, on request, from the above-mentioned offices by any creditor or council taxpayer, free of charge. A copy can also be downloaded from the website www.malvernhills.org.uk
