Notice is hereby given that I, Dale Wilkinson of TYV LTD have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: The Yorkshire Vaper 19 Lowtown, Leeds LS28 7BQ I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Playing of Recorded Music I propose to conduct the said licensable activities subject to the following terms: Licensing Hours Monday to Saturday: 12pm - 10pm Sunday: 12pm - 6pm Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 28th October 2018 which should be sent to the following address: Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
