Notice is given that Steven Boyd of Thai House Restaurant has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of Thai House Restaurant, 10, Gloucester Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 7AP for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours 11.30 - 14.30 and 17.30 - 23.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Business Licensing, West Dorset Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days of this notice. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
