Application has been made by Whitbread Group PLC to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Barnet for a Premises Licence for the Premier Inn (Proposed) at Chipping Close/St Albans Road, Barnet EN5 4LR The application includes the following terms:- I .To enable the sale of alco­hol for consumption on and off die premises between 10:00 and 23:00 hours seven days a week for non res­idents and 24 hours a day for resi­dents. 2. The premises will open to non resident members of the public from 10:00 to 23:00 hours seven days a week and 24 hours a day for residents. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0EJ. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representa­tions to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including Ist November 2019 (http://www.barnet.gov.uk/) It is an offence for anyone know­ingly or recklessly to mate a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maxi­mum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
