1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 08 October 2018 made the above Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to:
(a) Revoke the disabled parking places outside No.110 Gonville Road, Thornton Heath, outside No.221 Morland Road, Croydon, outside 153A Moffat Road, Thornton Heath, outside No.64 Stratford Road, Thornton Heath, outside No.66 Stroud Green Way, Croydon, outside Woodhays' 1 Woodside Court Road, Croydon.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS GREEN COURT AVENUE, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate Thames Water works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Green Court Avenue, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Green Court Avenue, between its junctions with Craigen Avenue and Shirley Road.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Ashburton Avenue, Craigen Avenue and Shirley Road as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 20 November 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 3 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 LONG LANE AND LONGHEATH GARDENS, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas mains diversionary works, they have made an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Long Lane and Longheath Gardens, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place,
(a) temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced 'At any time' on both sides of the road in Long Lane from Nos.255 to No.263;
(b) temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced 'At any time' on both sides of the road in Longheath Gardens from Nos.6 to 263.
3. The Order will come into operation on 12 October 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 13 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 16A AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION (SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER COULSDON YULEFEST EVENT ASSOCIATED RESTRICTIONS
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the forthcoming Coulsdon Yulefest event they intend to make a Traffic Order the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure and waiting and loading restrictions in the lengths of roads specified in the Schedules to this Notice.
2. The provisions of the Order will not prevent access being maintained for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which this Order relates, or to any other premises accessible from, and only from, such a road.
3. Whilst the event is taking place, the alternative route for traffic will be via Chipstead Valley Road and Lion Green Road or Lion Green Road, Woodcote Grove and Malcolm Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into effect on 01 December 2018 and will remain in force for one day; however the prohibition on traffic will only be enforced between 2am and 11 pm.

PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT DITCHES LANE, COULSDON The Croydon (20mph Speed Limit) (No.D43) Traffic Order 20-
1.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council with the agreement of the City of London, propose to make the above Traffic Order under Sections 84, 87 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended and all other enabling powers.
The general effect of the Order will be to prohibit any motor vehicle exceeding a speed of 20 miles per hour in Ditches Lane between its junction with Downs Road a point 900 metres south-east of the northwestern flank wall of No. 41 Ditches Lane.
A copy of the proposed Order and of all related Orders, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of the plan which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the Enquiry Counter, 'Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1EA.

The proposed Order is intended to introduce a speed limit of 20 mph
in the length of street specified. The 20mph speed limit is intended to increase road safety and provide a safer environment for traffic and pedestrians using the road and in particular for those using Farthing Downs to walk and/or graze animals.
